Zn—Al—Cu系合金的冶金学分析
Metallugical Analysis Of Zn-Al-Cu Alloy System
【摘要】 本文采用扫描电镜能谱分析,扫描、透射电镜和光学显微镜形貌分析,对照相图对Zn-Al-Cu系合金的组织形成规律及相的成分进行了定性及定量研究工作,系统地阐明了Zn-10~60%Al-2~5%Cu等各种合金在不同疑固条件下的显微组织及其疑固过程以及主要相的物理参数。
【Abstract】 The present paper studies the regularity of the structure forming and the compositiom of the phases in Zn-A1-Cu alloys, qualitatively and quantitatively, by means of SEM, TEM and optical microscope. The phy- sical parameters of major phases, microstructure and solidifying sequences at varying solidification conditions of Zn-AI-Cu alloys (the content of A1 varying from 10% to 60% while that of Cu from 2% to 5%) are interpreted.
