应用FT-IR研究环氧树脂的固化过程—E51/2,4EMI体系的固化反应特性及动力学
STUDY ON THE CURING PROCESS OF EPOXY RESINS BY FT-IR—THE CURING BEHAVIOR AND KINETICS OF THE E-51/2,4EMI SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文应用FT-IR"原位"技术,研究了环氧E-51和固化剂2-乙基,4-甲基咪唑体系的固化反应特性。通过实验证明,该体系的固化反应分两个阶段进行,第一阶段的反应速率大于第二阶段的反应速率;文中给出了两个阶段的表观反应活化能。另外,根据DSC曲线,求出总反应的表观活化能和反应级数。
【Abstract】 Using 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazol as the curing agent, the curing behavior of the E-51 epoxy resin is studied by FT-IR "in situ" technique. It is showed that the overall curing process involves two stages, and the first stage is faster than the second, The apparent activation energy of each stage is determined, The reaction order and apparent activation energy of the overall process are also obtained by DSC measurement.
