【Abstract】 This paper describes the principle,the devices and the experiment results of interferogram lock-in system.The real-time compensation for the phase fluctuation of interferograms is realized by means of the control system of phase lock-in in the Mechelson Interferometer’s system.The results of experiments prove that the compensation for the phase fluctuation can achieve good results.更多还原
