【Abstract】 Genomes from three wild isolates of Buzura suppressaria nuclear polyhedrosis virus were characterized using AraⅡ, BamH Ⅰ, EcoR Ⅰ and Hind Ⅲ restriction endonucleases. The digestion patterns proved that the isolates have similar fragmentation profiles, showing only slight differences in number and size. Existence of submolar fragments suggests that genotypic variations occur among these isolates of BsNPV. Each of these wild-type isolates itself might consist of two or more genotypic variants.更多还原
