无损检测内应力的新方法——磁声发射
A NEW METHOD OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING OF INTERNAL STRESS——MAGNETIC ACOUSTIC EMISSION
【摘要】 磁声发射(MAE)是铁磁材料在交变磁场作用下发出的应力应变波,可作为无损检测内应力的一种新方法。本文介绍几种钢材的 MAE 特征,讨论应力、化学成分、热处理条件及温度等对 MAE 的影响,在50Hz 交变磁场下产生 MAE 深度约为3~4mm。用不同磁场下 MAE 的比值来确定材料的内应力是可行的。
【Abstract】 Magnetic acoustic emission (MAE) refers to the generation of stress waves when a ferromagnetic material is magnetized by a varying magnetic field.MAE can be used as a new method for nondes-tructive testing of internal stress.The characteristic of MAE of several kinds of steelare introduced.The effects of stress,chemical composition,heat treatment and temperature on MAEare discussed.The depth measured by MAE is about 3—4mm with the frequency of 50Hz.Theapplication of the ratio of MAE under different magnetic fields to determining the internalstress is feasible.
