【Abstract】 The results showed that resoreinal appeared to be negative in teratogeaicity ta SD rats; in stains TA90 and TA100with or without S9 muixture;in the chromosome aberration analysis in bone marrow cells of rats and mice, and in tha micronucleus tests. The frequency of chromosome abe rratioa in peripherall lymphocyte among 31 exposed workres showed no signicant .difference as compared with 22 non-exposed controls. The frequenies of chromosome aberration shown in human lymphocyte cultures treated by resorcinal.( 9.002 0.006 and 0.01X) in vitro were found to be 6.5 7.5 and 11% respectively significantly hijher than that of control ( 0.5%) .更多还原
