用原子集团的有序-无序相变理论研究FexCu1-x系统的非晶相形成

【摘要】 借助Kikuchi四面体原子集团变分方法,引入二体相互作用参量,讨论了FexCuix合金fcc结构的相图,并估算了在相变区中系统晶格常数的变化,指出非晶相的形成是由于晶格畸变的结果。

【Abstract】 An order-disorder phase diagram of fcc FexCu1-x binary alloy system was obtained by using tetrahedron cluster variation method with nearest-neighbour interaction. A calculation of lattice parameters as functions of composition and temperature in the phase transition region was carried out. The results showed that the formation of an amorphous phasl in the FE-CU system is probably attributed to the lattice distortion.
