【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用半径为R的圆弧绘制多节等径直角弯头展开曲线的方法——圆弧法。该方法能绘制任意弯头半径、管口直径、节数、剪开方位的斜口管展开图。并着重对圆弧法和精确作图的计算方法,进行了数学分析比较,其绝对误差和相对误差都较小,证明了用圆弧法绘展开图有一定的准确性,且随着节数增多、弯头半径增大,其准确度越高,因此,本方法绘图简便、灵活,有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a method-ARC method is introduced,by which the development chart can be drawn,of multiple-piece,equal-diameter and right-angled elbows with the radius as the arc of R. And with it, you can draw development chart of the radius of any kind of elbows,the diameter of any kind of pipe openings, and slant opening pipes with any number of pieces and shear position. Moreover, an emphasis is put on the mathematical analysis and comparison between ARC method and calculation method for exact drawing.It has proved that drawing the development chart in ARC method is of certain accuracy because of its less absolute and relative errors.And with increasing in pieces as well as in radius of the elbow,its accuracy is higher.Therefore,drawing by this method is simple, flexible and may be of a certain practical value.更多还原
