德国小蠊(Blattella germanica L.)粪便粗提物的研究

【摘要】 本文报道德国小蠊粪便粗提物的研究,结果表明:我们已从德国小蠊的粪便中提取出具有聚集活性很高的粗提物。其中雌性成虫粪便粗提物对种内雄性成虫的活性最高,且不同虫态、龄期和性别相互之间也有一定的活性,同时,对种间的美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americala L.)的活性也很高,但对黑胸大蠊(P.fuliginosaServille)则有一定的拒避作用。同时,将上述粗提物进行EAG应证测定,结果表明:对种内的成虫雌性反应最强烈,抱卵雌虫次之,雄性第三;对若虫的5~6龄期较强,3~4龄期最弱,1~2龄期完全无反应。对种间的美洲大蠊和黑胸大蠊的反应强度与对种内的雄性成虫均相近似。 通过对粗提物现场应用试验结果表明:诱捕效果不高,目前暂不宜作为防治手段推广应用,但有检测、监测和测报的使用价值。此外,还对有关的几个问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that the crude extracts have been obtained irom reces of the German cockroach. Confirmed by assay results: Crude extracts have the highest aggregation activity extracts on the feces of the German cockroach. Among crude extracts of the feces of female to intraspecific of male are the highest activity. But Insect metamorphosis, stadium and sex have certain activity each other too. At the same time, interspecific of America cockroach (Periplaneta americala L.) also has the highest activity, but to smokybrown cockroach (P. fuliginosa Ser-ville) showed some resistant action. At the same time, test and verify the above-mentioned crude extracts by EAG. Confirmed by assay results: Response of female adult to intraspecific is the strongest, adopted egg female is the second, male is the third; response of nymph of 5-6 day’s old is rather strong, response of nymph of 3-4 day’s old is very weak, there is no response at all of nymph of 1-2 day’s old. The intensity of response of EAG of the America cockroach and smoky-brown cockroach to interspecific and male to" intraspecific is alike. Through the application of crude extracts on the spot, confirmed result: the effect of trap is not high, so, it is not suitable to populatize its use to control. But, it is value able to inspect, observe and forecast. Besides, some questions related were discussed.
