【Abstract】 A new phloroglucinol method is proposed to determine free gossypol in cotton seed.This new method has changed the extracting agent of original phloroglucinol method, developing agent preparation is also improved. Under the above conditions, this article has investigated the effects of PH, developing agent concentration, developing time and temperature etc.The sensitivity of this new phloroglucinol method is highly improved: color stability, accuracy and precision are also better; linear concentration range is enlarged, the rapidity of analysis is highly improved. Therefore, this new method is superior to the original phloroglucinol method. 30-40 samples can be finished by two workers each day.更多还原
