提高ZA27合金韧性的途径
The Methods of Improving the Toughness of ZA27 Alloy
【摘要】 全面研究比较了在各种熔化和铸造条件下ZA27合金的韧性。结果表明:成功地进行晶粒细化不是获得高塑性合金的充分条件,而采用水平连续铸造等严格顺序凝固的方法,即使不加细化剂,也能获得高塑性高韧性和高耐磨性材料。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of the melting and casting conditions on the toughness of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The results showed that the strict Sequence-solidification such as the horizontal continuous casting is the main condition of obtaining high plasticity, high toughness and high wearability. Wherease the grain refinement is not the ample condition.
