体力——前庭训练对前庭功能影响的研究
A Study of the Effects of Physical-Vestibular Training on the Function of the Vestibule
【摘要】 本文通过对10名青年人进行9周正规体力——前庭训练,结果表明:训练后体质明显改善,前庭功能稳定性也明显提高。相比之下体力提高较快,非常明显,前庭功能稳定性则提高较慢。在停止训练后第4个月时的追踪观察表明,体力和前庭功能已开始下降。本文认为为保持训练结果,一定的维持训练是必要的。
【Abstract】 Ten young people underwent nine weeks of regular training for physical and vestibular improvement. Notableresults were achieved both in improving their fitness and in stabilizing their vestibular function, although thespeed of physical improvement was faster than that of stabilizing the vestibular function. A follow-up studyrevealed that both physical power and vestibular function began to decline four months after training,and thata certain amount of exercise had to be taken if the benefits of previous training were to be retained.
