游泳、中长跑运动员无氧功的测定
Measurement of Anaerobic Power in Swimmers and Distance Runners
【摘要】 本文用Wingate方法对不同训练水平的游泳与中长跑运动员的无氧功能进行了测试。结果表明,运动员的训练水平不同,其无氧功也不同。无氧功能与受试者的体重、净体重之间有密切相关。Wingate法可做为评定运动员的无氧工作能力以及训练效果的一个方法。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the anaerobic power of male and female swimmers and dis-tance runners using the Wingate test.The results showed that the well-trained swimmers and distance runners ofboth sexes had a peak anaeobic power of five seconds (An5) and a total anaerobic power of thirty seconds (An30)-both markedly higher than the values attained by the less trained subjects. After a period of intense training,there was a significant increase of An30in thewell-trained swimmers.There was a close relationship between theAn5 and An30 on the one hand and the body weight and fat-free body weight on the other. The correlation co-efficients between lactic acid and An30/kg were 0.64 and 0.6 for male and female subjects respectively. It issuggested that the Wingate test can be used to estimate the anaerobic ability of athletes and to evaluate the ef-fect of anaerobic training. But it remains to be seen whether this test can make full use of the capacity ofanaerobic glycolysis in the subjects.
