【Abstract】 This paper gives an explanation of triple-layer and multiple-layer grids, their application, and some applied examples at home and abroad. Some resoarches carried out abroad are also introduced. The loading behaviour of triple-layer grids depends on their forms and the amounts of steel and is affected by the supporting conditions, the edge bracing and middle layer. In this paper, the forms of the triple-layer grids in common use, the effects of the edge bracing and middle layer, supporting arrangements,etc. are mainly discussed. The influence of those on the internal forces of mambers and deflections in grids is also discussed.更多还原
