肾功能显像剂99mTc-PAHIDA的研究

【摘要】 文章报道了肾马尿宁(PAHIDA)的合成、标记、动物实验及初步临床研究结果。PAHIDA是由对-氨基马尿酸和氨三乙酸酐反应生成,物理常数和光谱数据均与结构一致,在pH5.8时,用亚锡还原,能与99mTc生成稳定的络合物。放化纯度大于95%,它在兔血中清除Tα/2:1.01min;Tβ/2:38.9min,清除速率为76.8ml/min。兔子显像看出:99mTc-PAHIDA很快在膀胱浓聚,没有明显的肾外浓聚,并获得满意的兔动态、静态肾Υ闪烁显像。初步临床表明它具有低本底,高灵敏度,显像快速清晰,适于临床常规使用,

【Abstract】 A new renal imaging agent 99mTc-PAHIDA was reported. The FAHIDA was synthesized and, characterized. The IR, NMR, mass spectrum and elemental analysis were consitsent with the structure. Using Sn (Ⅱ) as reducing agent PAHIDA yields a stable complex with 99mTo at pH 5.8. The radiochemical purity was more than 95%. Animal studies have been performed in rats and rabbits. Rabbit blood clearance data were: T 1/2 α = 1.01min, Tβ/2= 38.9min, Cl = 76.8ml/min. The 99mTc-PAHIDA was rapidly excreted in urine with no significant extrarenal pathway, thus provided excellent renal scintigrams in rabbits. Preliminary clinical studies showed that the new renal agent labelled with 99mTc is excellent with high quality imaging and low background.
