【摘要】 文章报道了肾马尿宁（PAHIDA）的合成、标记、动物实验及初步临床研究结果。PAHIDA是由对-氨基马尿酸和氨三乙酸酐反应生成,物理常数和光谱数据均与结构一致,在pH5.8时,用亚锡还原,能与^99mTc生成稳定的络合物。放化纯度大于95%,它在兔血中清除T_α/2:1.01min;T_β/2:38.9min,清除速率为76.8ml/min。兔子显像看出:^99mTc-PAHIDA很快在膀胱浓聚,没有明显的肾外浓聚,并获得满意的兔动态、静态肾Υ闪烁显像。初步临床表明它具有低本底,高灵敏度,显像快速清晰,适于临床常规使用,更多还原

【Abstract】 A new renal imaging agent ^99mTc-PAHIDA was reported. The FAHIDA was synthesized and, characterized. The IR, NMR, mass spectrum and elemental analysis were consitsent with the structure. Using Sn （Ⅱ） as reducing agent PAHIDA yields a stable complex with ^99mTo at pH 5.8. The radiochemical purity was more than 95%. Animal studies have been performed in rats and rabbits. Rabbit blood clearance data were: T 1/2 α = 1.01min, T_β/2= 38.9min, Cl = 76.8ml/min. The ^99mTc-PAHIDA was rapidly excreted in urine with no significant extrarenal pathway, thus provided excellent renal scintigrams in rabbits. Preliminary clinical studies showed that the new renal agent labelled with ^99mTc is excellent with high quality imaging and low background.更多还原
