【Abstract】 This paper introduces characteristics of the 956 Directional Wave-Track Buoy (ENDECO, Inc., U. S. A.) and analyses 956 B08 source procedure of its digital band pass filter. By comparing the measured results with calculated results by different methods, it is found that wave heave elements provided by the buoy in near-shore waters is smaller because of cutting freguecy equal to 0.3 Hz in the 956 B08 procedure. It is feasible to mean direction measurement.更多还原
