炭纤维鞘芯结构的研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了预氧化工艺参数对预氧化纤维及最终炭纤维鞘芯结构的影响;分析比较了国内外9种炭纤维形态结构的差异。结果表明,预氧化纤维的鞘芯结构受预氧化工艺条件的控制,炭纤维的鞘芯结构是从预氧化纤维结构演变而来的。

【Abstract】 The effects of the pre-oxidation process parameters on the sheath and core structures of oxidized PAN fibers and the subsequent carbon fibers were studied in continuous process of carbon fiber formation. The morphologic structures of nine carbon fibers made home and abroad were analyzed. The results in dicate that the sheath and core structures of oxidized fibers are limited by the pre-oxidation process parameters. The sheath and core structures of carbon fibers are developed from that of oxidized fibers.
