【摘要】 在常压固定床流动系统中,对甲烷氧化偶联合成乙烯和乙烷反应的催化剂进行了研究,提出一种新的Li-Mn-Ti复合氧化物催化剂,较好地解决了曾存在的催化剂易失活及不适合较高甲烷分压的问题。在常压、800℃、CH4:O2:N2=20:8:20ml/min条件下,采用2g催化剂进行246h甲烷氧化偶联反应表明,C2产率和选择性分别保持在30.8%和82.5%以上。该催化剂能抗硫中毒,可能具有工业实用价值的长寿命。

【Abstract】 In the atmospheric fixed bed flow system, the synthetic reaction of oxidative coupling of methane to ethylene has been studied. A new complex Li-Mn-Ti oxides catalyst has been proposed, hence solving in a better way the problems existed in the past that the catalyst was apt to deactivate and did not suit the higher partial pressure of methane. The coupling reaction of methane with the subject catalyst of 2 g for 246 hrs at 800℃, CH4:O2:N2 =20: 8: 20 ml/min and under atmospheric pressure has shown that the C2 yield and selectivity maintained at above 30.8% and 82.5% respectively. This catalyst is sulfur-resistant and probably has a longer service life in the industrial applications.
