【Abstract】 Based upon the identification of radiated noise and vibration sources in GC301-01 Type of industrial sewing machines, preliminary studies on the sounding mechanism of a primary source of radiation noise (working plate of this sewing machine) and on the relationship between noise radiation and vibration are made both in theory and experimento Meanwhile, measures to reduce noise radiation in the machine are provided. Through the damping treatment of the machine, its vibration and noise characteristics are greatly im-pioved.Noise lewel dropped 5 to 6 dB (A) in the end.更多还原
