【摘要】 我院于1987年12月～1988年12月用胎儿心电图机——B 型仪,经孕妇腹壁测胎儿心电图587人,615人次,成功489人次(79.5%)。489例中正常心电图411例,异常心电图78例,经临床证实诊断正确率达96.5%,假阴性率2.4%,假阳性率1.2%。根据测试情况、认为此项检查操作简单易于掌握,对于孕妇胎儿安全无损害,可反复测试应用于产前检查,可作产前筛选高危妊娠的检测手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 From December 1987 to December 1988 transabdominal wall B-mode fetal electro-cardiography in 587 cases (615 determinations) was conducted in this hospital.In489 eases the method was successful,the successful rate being 79.5%.In the 489cases,411 fetal electro-cardiograms were normal,abnormal in the other 78.The clinical results that the diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.5%,the false nega-tive rate 2.4%,false positive rate 1.2%.The condition of determination,the causesof failure and abnormal FECG were analysed.It is suggested that this method iseasy to learn and to operate,and it is harmless and safe to both the mother andfetus.It can also be repeatedly used in prenatal examinations.So it can be consideredas one of the usefull diagnostic tools in prenatal screening of high risk pregnancies.更多还原
