【摘要】 分析了36例缓解再障骨髓象,并与患病时进行对比,发现骨髓增生程度改善,红系统增生,可分裂池细胞增多,粒系的可分裂池细胞也增多,巨核细胞增多,淋巴细胞减少,非造血细胞减少,表明再障的病变是可逆的,缓解的骨髓有病态造血的现象,但只代表细胞增生,无白血病前期著明的病态造血现象,进一步说明了再障与白血病前期属于不同性质的疾病。未找出再障复发与骨髓象之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bone marrow pictures of 36 cases of aplastic anemia after remission were studiedand compared with that during the first examination.The results showed that thecellularity red series,the proliferative pool of red series and granulocytic series,and megakaryocytes increased;while the lymphocytes,the nonhematopoietic cells(tissue mast cells,reticulum cells and plasma cells)decreased.The degree of impro-vement was related to the duration of remission.In addition,pathological changesof the stroma under electron microscope also improved.All the above findings maysuggest that bone marrow disorders are reversible if time is long enough.The characteristics of bone marrow fingings of relapsed patients were analyzed,but no relationship between the marrow picture and the relapse was found.更多还原
