【摘要】 本实验在麻醉家兔研究了牛磺酸对心肌力学的效应。我们以 dp/dt max,V_CE和Vmax 评价牛磺酸对心肌收缩性的影响,结论表明:牛磺酸对正常心脏显示负性肌力作用,大约15分钟可恢复。在心肌收缩力减弱时,小剂量牛磺酸可轻度改善心功能,但大剂量牛磺酸则加重对心肌收缩力的抑制性。此外,牛磺酸可降低心肌耗氧,在心肌供氧不足时,具有保护意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of taurine on myocardial mechanics were studied in anesthetized rabbits.Parameters dp/dt_max’Vc_E and Vmax were used to assess the influence of taurine onmyocardial contractility.It was concluded that negative inotropic effect of taurinewas shown in normal hearts.However,this action was reversible.When myocardialcontractility was reduced,the cardiac function was slightly improved by a small doseof taurine,but inhibition of contractility might be potentiated by a large dose ofthis agent.Furthermore,taurine could decrease cardiac oxygen consumption,whichwould show protective action in cardiac anoxia.更多还原
