【摘要】 经普查发现武汉市汉口地区血友病类疾病患者36例,患病率为2.6/10万人口。甲型血友病最为多见(28/36饲),乙型5例,丙型2例,因子Ⅴ缺乏1例。家族史阳性者26/36例。病残率高,学龄儿童因病休学者为5/10例,应该就业而不能工作者7/18例,因病不能婚配者6/14例。更多还原

【Abstract】 36 cases of hemophilia and hemophilia-like diseases were found in Hankou district of Wuhan city through mass survey. The incidence was 2.5/105, hemophilia A being the most commonly seen (28/36). There were 5 cases of hemophilia B, 2 cases of C and one case of factor V deficiency. 26 of these 36 patients were found to have a positive family history. A high disability rate was noticed, 5 of 10 school-age children suspended their schooling, 7 of 18 patients who could have jobs were unable to work and 6 of 14 adult patients did not marry because of the condition.更多还原
