【摘要】 国产左旋18-甲基炔诺酮（LNG）LD₅₀>5000mg/kg;亚急性毒性试验,500μg/天经口给药,对家兔体重、SGPT、血脂及脂蛋白水平无明显影响,病理学检查未见明显毒性损害;宫腔局部用药,呈现轻度刺激性;生殖毒性一致畸试验,每天50mg/kg经口给药,对大鼠胚胎无明显毒性,也未见胎仔外观和内脏畸形,若干胎仔骨骼缺失或畸形,无统计学意义。以上结果提示,该药毒性小.低剂量长期使用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 (a)LD50 of levonorgestrel in mice per os amounts to more than 5 000mg/kg. (b) In sub-acute toxicological study, rabbits were administered levonorgestrel 500μg/ day per os for three months. No marked influences on growth, SGPT activity, serum lipid and lipoprotein levels .were observed. Pathological examination in some important organs showed no distinctly toxic signs of damage.(c) Slight local stimulation was noted when levonorgestrel was administered into the uterine cavity.(d) For examination of teratogenic effect, levonorgestrel 50 mg/kg per os was given to rats. No noticeable embryotoxicity.no extraneous and internal malformations of fetuses were revealed. Malformation of skeleton occurred in several fetuses, but without statistical significance. These results suggest that since toxicity of levonorgestrel is negligible, this agent is safe in smaller doses during long-term usage.更多还原
