【摘要】 本文报告蛇伤引起急性肾衰20例,蝰蛇、五步蛇、眼镜蛇、竹叶青蛇咬伤均可发生急性肾衰,而以蝰蛇引起者最多17/20。经综合治疗,治愈17例、病情恶化自动出院1例、死亡2例,死于严重中毒、尿毒症、DIC、脑出血、脑疝或循环衰竭。本文并对蛇伤引起急性肾衰的临床特点及其综合治疗进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty cases of acute renal failure (ARF) caused by snake—bite were reviewed. Who might result in ARF when he was bited by Russelli Vipera (RV), Agkistrodon acutus, Naja naja, and Trimeresurus stelnegeri schmidt, however, most of the ARF were caused by the bite of RV. These happened in 17 out of 20 cases of this series. The clinical features and urinary changes were as follows: oliguria or even anuria, proteinuria, haemouria, uraemia, even accompanied by hemolysis, hemorrhage and poisoning on nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems. 17 cases had been cured by comprehensive treatment of using Guangxi snake—medicine, antivenin, steroid, blood tranfusion, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and artificial breathing machine etc. One of the patients left the hospital when his illness worsened. Other two died of severe poisoning, uraemia, DIC and hernia of brain or circulatory failure. The main points of this study were to analysis the clinical features of ARF of snake-bite and to approach its comprehensive treatment.更多还原
