人发同位素源激发X射线能谱分析技术的建立
Analytical Technique of Human Hair X—Ray Energy Spectra Excited by Radioisotope Source
【摘要】 本文建立了人发同位素源激发 X 射线能谱分析系统,标定了谱仪系统的相对效率,特别是作了标样与发样以及发样不同厚度的相对效率校正。对数百名儿童头发作了微量元素微测,得到了较好的结果。
【Abstract】 Microanalysis system of human hair x-ray energy spectra excited by radioisotope source has been established and the relative efficiency of the system has been calibrated, especially correction for the relative efficiencies between standard chemical and hair samples with different thickness has been made.The trace elements of the hair for a few hundred children are microanalysed by use of the calibrated spectrometer and the results are satisfied.
