【摘要】 鱼肝油酸(鱼脂酸)阴道避孕栓是由杀精剂(鱼肝油酸)40 mg和水溶性基质形成的。用法是每次房事前10分钟将本栓剂放入阴道深部,待栓剂溶解后射精。临床试用1746例16073个月。避孕效果按生命表统计法计算为95.2/100妇女。优于或相当于国外壬苯醇醚海绵和(?)苯醇醚泡沫剂(Neo Sampoon)。对妇女不影响月经周期、经期和经量,不影响阴道正常菌群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morrhuic acid vaginal contraceptive suppository consists of 40 mg spermlcldal morrhuic acid and soluble matrix. Ten minutes before intercourse one suppository was inserted into the vertex of vagina. Clinical observation was carried out among 1746 volunteers during a total period of 16073 months. The contraceptive efficiency was 95.2/100 women, being superior or equal to Today and Neo Sampoon. Gynecological examination revealed that no adverse effect to the menstrual cycle, period and quantity was found. There was no significant influence on the bacteria flora, normally present in the vagina.更多还原
