【摘要】 用微型双向电泳技术研究裸小鼠血清以及脑、心、肝、肺、脾、肾、胃、肠和肌肉等9种器官的可溶性蛋白组成。结果表明裸小鼠9种器官水溶性蛋白的双向电泳图互不相同。比较裸鼠、人及小白鼠三者血清蛋白的双向电泳图,发现裸小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白的含量较人及小白鼠少,提示裸小鼠不仅有细胞免疫缺陷,而且体液免疫亦可能较低下。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum and the soluble protein components of 9 organs from nude morose areanalysed by mini two-dimensional electrophoresis.The results showed that the solubleprotein maps of these organs in nude mouse were different from each other.The se-rum protein maps among nude mouse,human and normal mice were also comparedand found that serum immunoglobulin in nude mouse is less than that of human ormouse serum proteins.It may suggest that there is absance of cell immunity in nudemouse as well lower level in humoral immunity.更多还原
