尿素酶场效应晶体管的研制
The Development of the Enzyme ISFET for Urea
【摘要】 采用固体技术和酶固定化的方法来制造尿素生物传感元件,并通过测定尿素给出了微型传感元件的某些特性。实验指出,在36℃、pH为7的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲液中,尿素的测定范围是1×10-4~1×10-2g/ml,灵敏度为8~12mV/pk。
【Abstract】 The biosensors for urea were fabricated by the solid state technology and the enzyme immobilization method. They are enzyme immobilized FETS and chemical film electrodes. Some measured characteristics of the microsensors are presented. It was found that the urea concentrations. in the range from 1×10-4 to 1×10-2 g/ml can be detected with the sensitivities of 8-12 mV/pK at 36℃ in 0.01M phosphate buffer of pH 7.0.
