【摘要】 本文报告89例经手术、病理证实的少见部位的软骨肉瘤。这些少见部位包括:手足骨(14例)、肋骨(14例)、肩胛骨(11例)、颅骨和胸骨(各5例)、脊柱(6例)、骶骨和锁骨(各3例)、上颌骨、鼻中隔、舌骨和髌骨(各1例);此外尚包括邻皮质(16例)和骨外软骨肉瘤(8例)。 对各不同部位的X线表现作了分析。认为其特点是:肿瘤易侵犯关节;颅内者易扩散和复发;最有诊断意义的是肿瘤内,特别是软组织肿块内的不同形态的钙化灶的存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 89 cases of chondrosarcoma in the uncommon sites of the skeleton verified by surgery and pathology were analysed. These uncommon sites include: hand and foot(14 cases), rib (14 cases). scapula (11 cases), skull and sternum(each 5 cases ) . spine (6 cases), sacrum and clavicle (each 3 cases) and maxillla、nasal septum、os hyoid bone and patella (each 1 case.), juxtacortical (16 cases) and extraskeletal chondrosarcomas 8 cases)were also presented.The X—ray findings of chondrosarcoma arising from various sites of bone were discussed. The characteristics of this lesion are: liable to invade the neighboring joint; strong tendency of recurrence and spread in the cranium. Calcifications of various shape within the tumor is a most valuable sign.更多还原
