【摘要】 本文分析我院经手术病理证实的17例进展性胃恶性淋巴瘤。并报告2例早期胃淋巴肉瘤。对单一和双对比造影诊断胃淋巴肉瘤的作用及鉴别诊断作了讨论。 探讨了早期胃淋巴肉瘤双对比造影的X线表现,归纳如下3点:(1)似Ⅱ型早期胃癌,但病灶周边鲜锐光滑。(2)病灶呈卵石样或不规则的粗大颗粒。(3)多发性溃疡伴糜烂,常有粘膜肥厚。最后提出中、晚期原发性胃淋巴肉瘤的八种X线特征及与胃癌区别的要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 17 Cases of Surgically and pathologically proved advanced malignant lymphoma of The lstomach in our hospital were analyzed in regard to clinical and x—ray findings. Two cases of early gastric ymphosarcoma were reported. Evaluation of the simple contrast and double contrast examination in the diagnosis of gastric lymphosarcoma and differential diagnosis were discussed.The roentgen findings of the double contrast study with early gastric lymphosarcoma were rev?ewed. The radiographic appearances are as following. (1)Early malignant lymphoma of the stomach which like Ⅱc type of earlg gastric carcinoma. but the area of lesson shows sharp and smooth border. (2)Cobble stone like or irregular gaint nodular shadows. (3)Multiple ulcer and erosion, often associated with hypertrophic gastric rugae.Eight roentgen signs of middle and late stage of primary gastric lymphosarcoma are helpful in differentiating The condition from gastric carcinoma was also discussed.更多还原
