【Abstract】 Carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant neoplasma composec of both epithelial and mesodermal elements. It occurs most frequenttly in the uterus, also in thel ung, pharynx and esophagus.Carcinosarcoma of the esophagus may be divided into polypoid and filtrating types, 4 cases belong to the polypoid type. 3 of 4 cases showed pedicle. The tumors originated in the one third of middle of esophagus (3 cases), in one third of the lower esophagus (1 case). X-Ray examination of esophagus revealed an irregular polypoid tumor of various size.更多还原
