支撑剂导流能力测定中测压误差的校正方法
CORRECTION OF PRESSURE MEASUREMENT ERROR IN PROPPANT FLOW CONDUCTIVITY DETERMINATION
【摘要】 通过对支撑剂导流能力试验流程中各段阻力分析发现,以往实验流程中存在一些问题,因而产生测量误差,影响实验结果。本文经改进实验流程,以气体为流动介质,根据不同流量下的压力值,做出了沿程阻力损耗曲线。用该曲线可以校正测量中的压力误差,提高求解裂缝导流能力的精确度。该校正方法也适用于以液体为流动介质时测定导流能力的试验。
【Abstract】 An analysis of the flow resistance in each section of aproppant conductivity experiment flow chart revealed some problems, which caused measurement error. An improved flow chart was proposed with gas as flow medium. A flow resistance loss curve could be drawn according to the pressure measurements under various flow rates. Correction of pressure measurement error with that curve resulted in higher accuracy of the determination of proppant conductivity. This correction can also be used in the case of liquid as flow medium.
