【Abstract】 This paper presents the concept of tolal volumetric change rate of natural gas to reflect overall volumetric changes of natural gas caused by compression and expansion. The parameter obtained is more applicable to calculations of fluid flow under various non-isothermal condition in reservoir and natural gas engineerings.
