【摘要】 本文对397名氯丁二烯作业工人及103名健康对照组进行了详细的临床及实验室检查。经统计比较,其结论如下:氯丁二烯可使工人患神衰综合征,低血压,脱发,指甲变色及肝病。实验室可见贫血;白蛋白增高、α₁、α₂、β球蛋白减少;I_gG增高、I_gM减少;血巯基总量及尿17羟、酮减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 An elaberate clinical and experimental test was taken with 397 workers exposed to chloroprene and 103 healthy workers as control group After statistical comparison, the conclusion was as the following:Chloroprene Can cause exposed workers to have neurasthenia, hypotension, loss of hair, discolouration of nails and hepatopathy. In experimental test, anaemia, increased serum albumin and I_gG, decreased α₁ α₂ β- globulin, I_gM, 17-ketosteroid, 17-hydroxycorticosteroid and serum SH-group content can be seen.更多还原
