【Abstract】 EIA was established to derect the pHSA-receptor titre of PreS2-HBsAg. The experimental results demonstrated that EIA had good specificity and reproducibil- ity.No significant difference Was found whether the pHSA was subjected to Sephadex G-200 chromatography or not.APPlying this method to detect the expressed products (PreS2-HBsAg pHSA-receptot)by recombinant Bombyx moti nucIear polyhydrosis virtts,both in cell culture supernatant and in ultrasonicated cell suspension,the expre- ssion 1eveI WaS higher in the latter.更多还原
