【Abstract】 The effect of spermine on the aggregation and fusion of PS liposomes and human erythrocyte membrane was studied by means of resonance energy transfer method and Tb3+/DPA fluorescent method.Spermine could induce the aggregation of PS liposomes but could not induce the fusion of vesicles. Spermine could induce the fusion of human ghost membrane. Spermine and Ca2+ both in the substhreshold concentration showed the synergistic effect on the fusion of PS liposomes and ghost membrane. The effect of spermine on the fluidity of ghost membrane showed that the main effect of spermine on the cellular membrane occurs at the polar region of lipid bilayer.更多还原
