空气负离子与超氧化物自由基关系的实验研究
INRESTIGATION OF THE RALATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE NEGATIVE AIR IONS AND OXYGEN FREE RADICALS
【摘要】 本文通过动物实验测定血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),发现持续吸入人工空气负离子不增加体内SOD和MDA,结果未发现家兔吸入人工空气负离子会产生自由基的损伤作用.
【Abstract】 By assay of the plasma superoxide dismutase and malondialdehvde (MDA) of the laboratory animals and clinical patients, the results show that no SOD or MDA are produced during inhalation of negative air ions no matter whether the duration are short or long, the methods are intermittant or persis-tant. This concludes that the inhalation of negative air ions is a safe therapeutic measure for clinical application.(Supported by the National Natural Science Fund)
