脂蛋白脂肪酶在巨噬细胞代谢正常极低密度脂蛋白中的作用

【摘要】 家兔正常极低密度脂蛋白(N—VLDL)可使体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内甘油三酯(TG)增加6~16倍。加入脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)抑制剂苯硼酸(BBA)可使培养液内游离脂酸(FFA)水平降低,N—VLDL—TG含量升高、细胞内TG堆积被明显甚至完全抑制。证明了LPL在巨噬细胞摄取N—VLDL—TG中起主要作用。

【Abstract】 By adding lipoprotein lipase (LPL) inhibitor, benzene boronic acid (BBA) to the culture, the role of LPL in the accumulation of triglycerides (TG) in mouse peritoneal macrophages exposed to rabbit normal very low density lipoproteins (N-VLDL) was demonstrated. There were less free fatty acids(FFA) and much more N-VLDL-TG in the media with added BBA than those of the controls. In the meantime, the TG accumulation in the cells was greatly diminished or even eliminatedby BBA. The possible mechanisms of LPL action were discussed.
