【Abstract】 By means of supersonic extraction technique and gas chromatography with a column of 0.28% OV-17 (?)3% OV-210/Chromosorb W HP, 80-l00mesh,φ3.0mm×2.1m, a simple, rapid, accurate analytical method for alletnrin in mosquito coil and its raw material has been proposed. The results obtained by this method are satisfactory with a recoveries ranging from 92.7% to 99.0% and coefficients of variation from 1.64%to 3.31%.更多还原
