海涂促淤围垦宏观决策中非序列动态规划的研究与应用

【摘要】 同时考虑海涂的促淤与围垦的宏观决策远比单独考虑围垦决策复杂得多,这不仅是个多维问题,更主要的是促淤和围垦之间在各阶段彼此相关,存在着后效性。本文主要针对这种多阶段相关的复杂系统,基于非序列动态规划的原理,将这种系统分解成一个还原分支和一条初始围垦轨迹,同时引入虚拟效益概念,克服了动态规划的后效性障碍,使促淤围垦这种多阶段非序列问题得到优化解,从而为单片海涂与多片海涂的促淤围垦最优规划提供了比较通用的决策方法以及相应的一套电算程序,这不仅在系统分析方法上有所创新,而且对今后海涂开发建设也具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 To consider both the accelerating silt deposition and the land reclamation in macroscopic decision is far more complicated than to consider only reclamation. It is not only a multiple dimensional but also a time delay problem, since accelerating silt deposition and land reclamation are interrelated at every stage. In this paper the theory of nonserial dynamic programming is used to solve this complex system. In order to overcome the obstacle of time delay and reach an optimal solution of the above problem, a method of tracking the process of reclamation and the silt accumulation is used, and a concept of invented netbenefit of silt accumulation was introduced in the objective function. A general decision method and a serial programming, which are of theoretical and practical value, were developed for both single polder and multiple polders.
