铁氧体永磁塑料的研制
The Preparation of Permanent Magnetic Plastoferrites
【摘要】 本文主要介绍各向异性铁氧体永磁塑料的制备。采用加热熔融磁场成型法制得了尼龙铁氧体塑磁。其最大磁能积为10.504kJ/m~3。此外,本文还讨论了磁粉退火处理条件、磁粉颗粒大小、含量、表面处理和不同尼龙基体与该永磁塑料磁性的关系。
【Abstract】 The preparation of anisotropic permanent magnetic plastoferrites was introduced briefly. By heatlng-melt magnetic field formation, nylon-plastoferrites, the maximum energy product value of which is 10.504 kJ/m~3, were prepared. The dependence of the nylon-plastoferrites magnetic propertieson conditions of ferrite powder annealing treatment, ferrite powder particle size, ferrite powder content, surface treatment of ferrite powder and various nylon matrices were also discussed.
