GCr15钢等温淬火组织冲击韧性研究
Study of Impact Toughness on the Isothermal Quenching Structure of GCr15 Steel
【摘要】 本文试验研究了奥氏体化温度及等温淬火时间对GCr15钢冲击韧性(α_k)的影响,并对单一等温淬火和复合等温淬火进行了分析对比,结果表明,于860~880℃奥氏体化后进行充分等温淬火,比850℃油淬250℃回火能显著地提高其强韧性。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effect of austenitizing temperature and isothermal time on impact toughne(?)(a_k) of GCr15 steel,and compares the unitary isothermal quenching technology and the compound one.It was shown that the strength and toughness of 860~880℃ austenitizing and full isothermal quenching is obviously in creased than that of 850℃ oil quenching and 250℃ tempering.
