秦代细铜杆和铜丝的加工工艺
Techniques of Making Thin Bronze Sticks and Bronze Wires in Qin Dynasty
【摘要】 本文对秦代的铜杆和铜丝进行了金相和成分分析,根据分析结果和考古资料断定:远在秦代,我国的工匠已掌握了一定的合金成分、铸造、热处理、锻造技术。铜杆和铜丝的加工工艺是,先配制铜合金成分,铸造成铜板,再高温固溶退火,尔后锻打成薄板并裁制成铜杆或铜丝。
【Abstract】 This paper examined the microstructure and composition of the thin bronze sticks and bronze wires produced in Qin dynasty.It is conclued from the results and archaeological references that Chinese technicians had mastered certain technology of alloying, beat—treating and forging as early as in Qin dynasty. The processes of making bronze sticks and bronze wires are: Copper and tin are alloyed and cast into bronze planks.The planks are annealed at high temprature and forged into thin sheets, which are subsequently cut into bronze sticks and bronze wires.
