【Abstract】 The ability of interleukin 2 (IL 2) production in early normal pregnancy was observed. Compared with normal age-matched nonpregnancy, IL 2 activity in the culture supernatant of PHA-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells from pregnancy was reduced (t test, p<0.001). The ability of IL 2 production was found correlated with pregnancy time, the earlier the pregnancy, the lower the IL 2 production.更多还原
