【摘要】 本组对上海市徐汇区1987年2月至1988年1月出生的活产婴儿8662名(男4428名,女4214名),进行先天性心脏病(先心病)流行病学调查,一年中随访六次。先心病发病率为7.16‰,其中室间隔缺损最多见,占59.68％,室间隔缺损自然闭合率为27.03％。先心病发病因素初步调查结果表明与母亲年龄、胎次、先兆流产史、妊娠毒血症史和婴儿出生月份无明显关系,而与母亲妊娠3月内上呼吸道感染及先心病家族史有明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This epidemiologio study of congenital heart diseases (CHD) was carried out on 8 662 live births born in Xu Hui District of Shanghai, during the period from February 1987 through January 1988. Each case received six follow-up examinations during the first year of their lives. The total incidence of OHD was 7.16%. Ventricular septal defect ranked first in incidence (59.68%). Spontaneous closure took place in 27.03% of them. Our preliminary results showed that the occurrence of OHD was not related to maternal age. gravidity. occurrence of threatened abortion, toxemia of pregnancy, or month of birth, but was closely related to maternal upper respiratory infection in the first trimester of pregnancy and a family history of OHD.更多还原
