【Abstract】 This paper reports the effect of laser on terminating,early pregnancy in rabbits and mice,Results indicated that light sensitive hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) In coordination with laser effects could induce blastocyst necrosis and complete absorption. By HPD fluorescence spectrum determination its affinity to embryonic tissue was shown to be about 4 times greater than to uterine tissue. These phenomena may explain the mechanism of early pregnancy termination by the light sensitive effect.Certain aspects of ovarian and genetic function were also studied. The irradi-ation power of the type of laser selected did not produce apparent ill effects.更多还原
