【Abstract】 A modified simple method of production of rat acute-phase plasma as-macroglo-bulin (Apα2M) by turpentine is reported. Purification of Apα2M involved three steps: (1) elimination of low density lipoproteins by dextran sulphate; (2) separation by gel filtration on Sephaoryl S-300; and (3) highly purified Apα2M obtained by negative affinity chromatography.Pure Apα2M was measured by rocket immunoeleotrophoresis assay and usee to prepare antiserum.更多还原
