腊梅切花保鲜贮藏技术的初步研究

【摘要】 试验结果证明:冷风库是腊梅切花贮藏保鲜的关键性设备,它能满足0~2℃的贮藏所要求的温度,同时也解决了切花的贮放场所;艳花素能提高腊梅切花的观赏价值,延长切花寿命;气调贮藏腊梅切花要求在低温条件下进行,其气体浓度和配合比例需要进一步研究。冷藏腊梅切花的经济效果非常显著,其利润率高达140%;而不冷藏的切花只有36.9%。

【Abstract】 According to the scientific observation by the authors, the refrigerator is the effective equipment in cold storage. It maintains 0~2℃—the appreciate Storage temperature and supplies the storing location. By using"Ever Baauty", cut flowers during preservation may increase the ornamental value and prolong the life-time of cut flowers of Winter Sweet. Gas controlled storage must be set in low temperature condition and the concentration and mixed proporation must be carefully researched. The economic benefit is very evident, the profit percentage of cold storage is 140%, while that of the uncold storage is only 36.9%.
