【Abstract】 The H-2 haplotype of Sw-1 strain mouse was detected with a set of standard H-2 serum (including anti-H-2K, D and Ia serum) by microdroplet complement dependent cytoloxity assay. The haplotype of this strain was considered to be H-2 with Ia4+, Ia8+, Iall+ and/or Ial6+ specifities.更多还原
